Become a certified
Ownership Consultant.
Join our growing network of coaches and consultants certified in the 4D ownership methodology. The first conversation is about your practice and our approach, and whether the two fit together.

What you do as a certified consultant.
Becoming a consultant with Ownership At Work means you run the diagnosis in client organisations and then guide the programme that follows. You measure, you interpret, you facilitate. This is the work, not the brochure.
You run the measurement.
Setting up and administering the Ownership Scan in a client organisation, across all teams and all levels.
You read the report and explain it.
Interpretation and reporting across 20 levers, and the conversation with the leadership team that follows.
You facilitate the interventions.
Workshops and sessions in which teams name their own blockers and leave with agreements, each with an owner.
You start under supervision.
Your first engagement runs at a real client organisation, with supervision. You are not on your own.
Mainly want to run workshops rather than the full diagnosis? Then the trainer certification is the shorter route.
See becoming a trainerThe problem is large.
It is rarely measured systematically.
The first question every freelance organisational consultant asks is whether there is demand. These are the figures we use ourselves, public and verifiable. They say nothing about your diary, but they do show the size of the problem you bring to the table.
of Belgian employees are engaged at work
European average: 12%. Worldwide: 20%. Belgium ranks among the lowest in Europe.
Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2025
of Belgian companies measure engagement more than once a year
Those that do score markedly better on wellbeing, culture and retention.
Edenred Belgium, 2025
We work from Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp, and the network extends into the Netherlands. How many engagements we pass on and how we allocate them is not on this page: we discuss that in the introductory conversation.
The methodology you take with you.
Becoming a certified consultant means mastering the four phases and knowing the tools that belong to each. Not as theory, but as something you can put to work at a client the following Monday.

From training to first engagement.
Five steps, in this order. The certification does not end in a classroom: it ends at a real client organisation, with someone beside you.
- 01
Two-day certification training
Two days on the full 4D methodology and all the tools that go with it. We discuss start dates in the introductory conversation.
- 02
The Ownership Scan from the inside
Design, administration, interpretation and reporting. You learn not only to read the outcome, but also how it comes about.
- 03
Facilitating interventions
Practical facilitation skills for the workshops and sessions that follow a scan.
- 04
Supervised first engagement
Your first programme runs at a real client organisation, under supervision. We discuss how long that supervision lasts in the introductory conversation.
- 05
Certification and access
You are a certified Ownership At Work consultant, with access to the partner network, the scan platform and the reporting tools.

You work independently, but not on your own.
A consulting practice can be a lonely trade. The network exists to change that: the same methodology, the same language, and colleagues who recognise your case because they had it themselves last month.
A community of certified practitioners in Belgium and the Netherlands
Access to the full Ownership Scan platform and the reporting tools
Ongoing support, supervision and professional development
How often supervision takes place and how large the network is today, you will hear in the introductory conversation.
Who joins today.
If you already work as a freelance organisational consultant, the step is small: you add a validated measurement and a shared language to a practice that already exists.
HR professionals
People & Culture leads who want to go further than an annual satisfaction survey.
Organisational coaches
Coaches and consultants with their own practice who lack a validated measurement instrument.
Change managers
Change managers and transformation leads who see programmes stall because there was no baseline.
Trainers and facilitators
Leadership trainers who want to anchor their sessions in data from the organisation itself.
The questions you really have are not on a web page.
They are about money, engagements and freedom. We will not put a number on them that later turns out to be different. This is the list we go through in the introductory conversation.
